In 2017, Iva Gumnishka founded an initiative, Humans in the Loop, to provide work opportunities for refugees coming into Bulgaria. In a world filled with armed conflict, Humans in the Loop provides job opportunities to those affected by violence and forced displacement. Since 2017, Iva has expanded their impact from Bulgaria to Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Lebanon.
